Location, location, location:

On to your location, you must find a good location for your business. Make sure that your location is highly visible. Don’t say to yourself if I take this location behind a big building, I’ll save $100 a month on rent. If no one can find you that $100 you save in rent could put you out of business tomorrow. Shop around, sit and see how many cars go by, is there any foot traffic, will people walk in if you have an attractive window display. Take your time choosing your location. Just remember location, location, location! It can make or close a business. Once you find the right location, check it for handicapped accessibility, first floor entrance, stairs are there handrails.  Make sure that it is easy for your customers to get into your place of business. Now you’ve found your idea location, but STOP don’t sign that lease before you discuss it with your attorney. Never sign any papers without first consulting your attorney
